FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Delivery and Pickup :

  • What items cannot be picked up from your warehouse?

Tents, Bounce House, Throne Chairs and Chiavari Chairs. These items must be delivered and installed by us. All other items can be picked up. We cannot guarantee the products you reserved will fit your vehicle. In case it does not fit, we can add you to our delivery list for an extra charge.

  • What time do you deliver?

We do deliveries from 9am-4pm.

  • What happens if no one is present at the time for delivery?

We can deliver if you are not present, please make the arrangements to have the space or room open for access. In the case of our arrival, doors are closed and no one is present, we will wait for 10 minutes. After 10 minute we will leave. An extra delivery fee will be added for a second attempted to deliver the items.

Business Operation:

  • What time do you open?

Our warehouse is closed for walk-ins. We offers tours per appointment. Please text us to 860-839-7825 to schedule your tour.

  • What happens if my event gets canceled?

Secure deposit and payment is not refundable. Penalties will be applied. For more info read our Cancellation Policy.

  • What happens if an item is returned damage or broken?

You are allowed to replace the item for a new one; otherwise full price of the product will be charged to your card on file.
