Tuckers Party Rental

Cancellation/Inclement Weather Policy

Refunds:

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that may require the cancellation of your event. In light of this, we would like to inform you of our cancellation policy for your convenience.

Please note that all deposits and final payments made for your event are non-refundable. However, if you cancel your event at least 14 days prior to its scheduled date, a credit will be issued to you for a future booking, based on your individual circumstances. In order to receive the credit, we require written notification of your cancellation 14 days prior to the delivery date. Any credits issued are valid for 6 months from the date of your canceled event.

If you are unable to provide the 14-day notice of cancellation, any payments made will be used to cover the delivery, restocking fee, and loss of revenue. Unfortunately, in this case, the payments are no longer transferrable and non-refundable.

We hope this information helps you understand our cancellation policy and please do not hesitate to contact our office if you have any questions or concerns.

Inclement Weather:
TUCKER’S PARTY RENTAL LLC cannot guarantee weather conditions. If client cancels event due weather conditions(rain, snow, etc) Down Payment and Final Payment WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your rental prior to delivery if severe weather conditions are imminent, or if we have reason to believe that the EQUIPMENT, OUR WORKERS and/or GUESTS may be in danger.  Some examples of severe weather include high winds (20 miles per hour), excessive rain, flooding, tornado warning, hurricane warning, hail, severe cold weather or snow, and lightening.

Bounce House.

BEFORE THE PARTY:

If inclement weather were to occur before your party starts and we are unable to set up your inflatable we will offer you to reschedule for next day or give you a credit of the same amount of your deposit to be used within 6 months. Once your party is cancelled and deposit has been credited for another date; we will not set up even if it stops raining later on in the day. (i.e. If party is cancelled at 10 a.m. and it clears up by 2 p.m. we have already cancelled the party and will not be setting up your unit)

DURING THE PARTY:

For safety reasons to protect you and your guests if inclement weather were to occur during your party you must immediately exit the inflatable, turn the blower off, unplug blower and move it to a covered area. The customer will be held liable for any damages that may occur if the previously listed steps are not followed. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PICK UP THE INFLATABLE UNIT DURING YOUR PARTY IF BAD WEATHER IS IN THE FORECAST. (i.e. IF YOUR PARTY STARTS AT 12 p.m. AND THE FORECAST IS CALLING FOR RAIN, THUNDER STORMS AND/OR HEAVY WINDS AT 4 p.m. WE WILL BE PICKING UP THE UNIT BY 3 p.m. BEFORE THE BAD WEATHER STARTS). Once again we do this for safety reasons and to protect our equipment.

OPTIONS:

The customer will be given the option to either cancel the party prior to set up and rescheduled for next day or get a credit (same value of deposit) to be used within 6 months. If the customer still wishes to have the bounce house set up knowing there is inclement weather in the forecast. If the inflatable will only be up for a few hours and not the normal full day rental the customer is still obligated to pay the FULL rental price.

* We also reserve the right to cancel your party due to inclement weather in which case your deposit will be credited for another booking to be used within 6 months.

Tent.

In the event of severe weather during the rental of a tent/canopy, the customer is to immediately have all guests vacate the tent and move away to a safe location. If we arrive on site and we can’t put up the tent you will be charged up to the full amount of the order. Tents are not 100% waterproof. Wind and rain can cause leakage and walls to blow in. We cannot control weather conditions. If Tucker’s Party Rental LLC has to come out to secure walls and secure tent after setting
up additional fees may apply.
